# Create CyberSource P12 Certificate CyberSource requires a security key be sent with each transaction for authentication purposes. 1. Follow the instructions to set a password for the P12 file. You will need to save the password to import the P12 into CTI. Your browser should automatically download a P12 file with a filename that matches your merchant ID. Depending on your browser settings, you may be prompted to save the P12 in a specific location, or it may be downloaded directly to your "Downloads" folder. 8. Transfer the P12 to the IFS of your IBM i via whatever means you typically use to transfer files to the IBM i. If you use FTP, ensure that the file is being sent as "binary" and not as "text". 9. Once the P12 is in the IFS, ensure that your CTI library is in your library list and run the [WRKCTICERT](https://isupport.katointegrations.com/cti/wrkcticert.md) command to begin adding the certificate.
